
The Base Station is a self-contained liquid delivery system which does not require flowmeters, valves, regulators, or user calibration.
The exceptionally accurate Nova System 2-4 or 16-4 Pump Module is enclosed with a power supply, user-friendly keypad and backlit display. The simple user interface guides you through Metering and Dispensing menus for accurate liquid delivery every time.
In addition to its built-in pump, the Base Station can also control up to 3 Satellite pumps for a total of four Encynova Systems operating independently or in unison. All units can be controlled via a personal computer, PLC or with analog signals.

Quick, Simple, Cost-effective
The New Model 2-1 Development Units are versatile tools for liquid process development in the lab. Meter liquid at flow rates up to 50 mL/min with a Model 2-1 single-piston pump and easy-to-use controls. Command the pump with the built-in 10-turn analog control knob, your own analog signal or ASCII commands via RS485/232 communications.
If you have a simple metering application, the Model 2-1 offers unique advantages over other pump technologies. Positive displacement and higher pressure capability allow the 2-1 to succeed in low-cost applications where others fall short.

The Enclosed 2-1 Development Unit features a power supply
and easy-to-use controls, all in a rugged enclosure. It is perfect for the
benchtop or single-channel metering applications.
The OEM Unit with Tethered Control Box has all of the functionality of the enclosed unit. Connect a power supply (available from Encynova) to the attached control box. A small footprint and versatile controls make this unit ideal for prototyping your new designs.

No programming (code writing) is required to operate the Base Station from the keypad. However, if your application requires control that is not available through our standard programs, you can easily adapt the Base Station, Satellites, or System Modules to suit your needs. Use a PC, PLC, or any other source that can generate 8-bit ASCII commands to bypass the Base Station's keypad and directly control the pumps. RS-485 communication capability and a ready-made command set allow versatile control over your fluid delivery. LabVIEW™, C++ and Visual Basic compatibility give you even more flexibility for simple and effective integration into your process.

Multiple

Satellite units can be used with the Base Station. Up to 3 Satellites can
be controlled from one Base Station, for a total of four pumps operating
independently or in unison. Satellite units can also be controlled independently
of the Base Station.
Wetted Materials
Standard Encynova Systems are made from chemically-resistant materials and
will handle a range of chemicals. For aggressive fluids such as strong acids,
a more robust combination of wetted materials is available in the Inert
configuration.
