Travcyl™ fluid control systems are available the following sizes:

Product package:

1. Base Station*** - With a backlit display and user-friendly menus, our keypad unit is virtually "Plug N' Play". This unit can be controlled through the keypad or via RS485 from a PC or PLC. Other I/O capabilities include remote start, cycle complete and optional analog control.

   The 2-4 Base Station comes standard with NovaSpense™ and NovaFlow™ capabilities. The 16-4 Base Station comes standard with NovaSpense™ capability.

2. Satellite*** - This unit can be controlled through a Base Station, PC, or PLC.
The 2-4 Satellite is available with NovaSpense™ and NovaFlow™ capabilities. The 16-4 Base Station is available with NovaSpense capability.


3. OEM with NovaSpense™ and NovaFlow™ capability*** - Ideal for system integration, this pump-and-motor-only combination is available with or without the NovaSpense™ and NovaFlow™ software algorithms for accurate dispensing and low-pulsation metering. Other motors are available for OEM applications.

4. Pump Head - Encynova supplies the Travcyl pump head by itself to be coupled with your motor. Please consult us to discuss these options.



5. Panel Configuration - Encynova can package pumps in a standard 19" rack mount system for simplified management of multi-pump applications.
   

    

   ***For ease of integration with a computer and/or a PLC, we offer an optional RS232/RS485 converter with a VB control program that runs on Windows 95 or newer platforms. For advanced users, common pump functions are supported on a .DLL file. Examples of its use in VB and LABVIEW programs are included.
